About this guide
Privacy at The Rail
The Rail asks nothing of its readers: there are no forms, no accounts and no mailing list. The theme and the chosen day on the home page tool, the two small choices it remembers, stay on the reader's device.

What stays, and where
Two choices are remembered, and neither leaves the reader's device. The theme choice stays in the open browser tab. On the home page tool, the chosen day stays in the browser. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Nothing here asks a reader to fill in a form or keep an account, and there is no mailing list. A reader who writes to editor@enochcasino.online sends an ordinary letter to the guide. The site counts visits without cookies, noting which page was read, and its statistics service also sees each reader's IP address and browser.
Where the links go
Nobody pays for the links that point to casinos or to help services. Nor does this site receive payment from casinos, poker rooms, AGLC, Play Alberta or help services. No page except the home page holds paid links; it has three, every one tagged Ad, all pointing readers toward a single partner, an online casino. For those links, the site is paid a commission. That partner runs its own site under its own rules, and the partner can change.
Questions from the rail
Does The Rail know where a reader is?
Visits are counted without cookies, and the statistics service also sees your IP address and browser. The Rail keeps no forms and no accounts. Only the theme and the chosen day are kept, in the reader's own browser.
How can the theme choice be reset?
Closing the tab resets it. The theme choice stays only in the open browser tab, so it is gone once that tab is closed.
